These terms govern your use of this site and attendance at Detty December Fest events produced by Livespot360. Buying a ticket or attending means you accept them.
Tickets are sold exclusively through our official website and authorised partners. Tickets bought from resellers may be refused. Your ticket admits the named type (GA, Day, Weekend, VIP, VVIP) for the stated date(s) only.
Most events are 16+ unless stated otherwise on the event page. Valid ID may be required. Gates, searches and security checks are conditions of entry.
Tickets are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled and not rescheduled. Line-ups, set times and venues may change; a change of supporting act is not grounds for refund. Rescheduled events honour original tickets.
No weapons, illegal substances, pyrotechnics, drones or professional recording equipment without accreditation. We may refuse entry or remove anyone endangering safety or the experience of others, without refund.
Events are recorded. By attending you consent to appearing in footage and photos used for recap, broadcast and promotion.
Table and VVIP packages are confirmed only on payment and are subject to their own written package terms, including minimum spend and guest counts.
Applications via the site are expressions of interest, not offers. Slots, pods and accreditation are confirmed only by signed agreement.
You attend at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price of your ticket. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
