Detty December Fest is produced by Livespot360 ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect through this site and how we use it. By using the site you agree to it.
Details you give us when you join a notify list, apply for access, or contact the concierge: name, email address, WhatsApp number, city/country, and your interest (e.g. passes, VIP, vendor slots). We also collect basic analytics such as pages visited and device type.
To tell you when tickets drop, respond to VIP/vendor/partner requests, run the festival (entry lists, guest support), and improve the site. We only write when it matters, no spam.
We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run ticketing, messaging and payments, with sponsors only in aggregate (never your personal details without consent), and where the law requires.
